Mineral Make-up (Shadow/Eyeliner)
AFE Cosmetics & Skincare Mineral Make-up is made exclusively from micronized minerals that have natural healing qualities. These exceptionally silky textured minerals give long lasting coverage with a lightweight natural feel, not the "powdery" look caused by talc-based products. Our mineral make-up contains Micronized Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide which provide sun protection without irritating chemicals. These ingredients are non-allergenic and are a natural sun protection screen for both UVA and UVB protection. These products are GREAT for all skin types. Mineral Make-up is talc-free, fragrance-free, dye-free and non-comedogenic. The Minerals form a protective barrier on your skin while allowing the skin to breathe, making them suitable for all skin types. They actually promote healing so are suitable for post-laser redness, rosacea, distended capillaries, blemishes and hyperpigmentation. We offer mineral make-up available in a variety of formulations and with a number of options including custom blend (available in loose powder, powder foundation and creme powder foundation formulas) and in customized blush and shadow colors. What the Colors Look Like On One of the big advantages of mineral make-up, in addition to how wonderful it looks and feels, is that you can change how the colors look by changing your application technique. Please note that colors appear darker and brighter on your skin than they do on the color charts or even in the jars. They will also vary slightly depending on how you apply them. Using a regular brush gives you even coverage and the color will go on closest to the color you see in the jar. Using a Sponge Brush or cosmetic sponge will give you heavier coverage that is deeper and more intense. Applying with a damp sponge will give you still darker, heavier and more intensive coverage. The Mineral Products should be used very sparingly. Please note that they are extremely intense and only require a small amount of product.

Mineral Shadow

Loose powder or creme shadow in natural minerals with no dyes. In easy to use and beautiful to wear pre-packaged colors. Suitable for all skin types, we recommend applying the Loose Powder with an Angle Shader or Fluff Brush (or Small Sable Angle or Chisel Sable Fluff) or an Eyeshadow Sponge Brush. You can blend out with the Maxi Blender or Eye Contour Brush. Apply wet for eyeliner or dry for shading and enhancing the eyes. (To dress up for evening, use a heavier hand.) The Creme Shadow is best applied with the Camouflage Oval Lip/Eye or Oval 8 Brush. Try the Creme Shadow topped with Loose Powder Shadow for a great look that is also wonderful for dry or crepy lids.

Loose mineral powder in highly concentrated colors. Designed to be applied wet and blended until smooth then applied dry to set. For upscale intense or evening eyes. Suitable for all skin types, we recommend applying wet with the Camouflage Oval 8 Brush and dry with the Small Sable Angle or Chisel Sable Fluff. Dip the Deluxe Liner Brush into Eyeliner Sealer and use the Intense Eye Hue again for a matching liner.

Creamy, smooth shadows that won't crease. In an 1/8 oz. jar, Eye Puddings have medium to heavy body and are great for contouring. We recommend using the Camouflage Oval 8 Brush or the Camouflage Oval Lip/Eye Brush for easiest application.

Vibrant shimmers for eyes, face and body. In an easy applicator wand, Glazes have sheer to medium intensity and are great for accents. A dash under the brow bone (they are non-creasing) or on the top of the cheekbone is the perfect final touch.

Loose powder liner in natural minerals with no dyes. In easy to use and beautiful to wear pre-packaged colors. Suitable for all skin types, we recommend applying the Loose Powder with a Thin Eyeliner Brush or Deluxe Liner Brush. Dip the brush in eyeliner sealer, dip into Mineral Liner and apply. May also be used as shadow, but color is extremely intense.
