Why a Samples Program?
Our AFE Cosmetics & Skincare Sample Program is designed to provide prospective clients with the opportunity to purchase samples of our individual products at a fraction of their full product cost. This "Try Before You Invest in Full Products" is a step beyond most other companies who usually provide "Pre-Packaged Sample Packages" with a required purchase of full products.
You can purchase only the samples you are interested in and avoid the disappointment of investing in products that aren't quite what you want or perform up to your expectations. Since, we operate under strict hygiene and insurance standards, our products, unless damaged in shipment, are not returnable because they cannot be resold. All Sales are Final.
AFE Samples are the logical bridge between trying new products at a minimum cost without having to purchase full products or buying other products to qualify for free samples.
Is My Credit Card & Ordering Information Safe?
Yes. Our information is processed through a secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. Customer information is never sold or used for any purpose other than supporting AFE orders and sending our e-mail newsletter to advise interested clients of new products, specials and articles on cosmetics, skincare and beauty trends.
What Are My Shipping & Handling Costs?
AFE does not charge any handling costs and all shipments within the continental US are $6.00 shipping per order regardless of the number of items purchased. All shipments are sent via US Mail. Shipments outside the continental US are sent via US Airmail (Insured) and clients are only billed for actual shipping costs (no additional "handling" charges are incurred although the customer is responsible for any duties/customs charges).

How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within seven to ten working days of receipt of the order, and credit card approval. Once shipped, an e-mail will be sent to each customer advising them that the order was shipped and when they can expect delivery. Customers will usually receive their orders within 5-7 working days after shipment. International customers will usually receive their orders within 10 to 14 days of shipment. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Sample orders may be delayed up to one week and Custom Blend Orders require additional time in processing.
How Can I Pay For My Order?
AFE accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa Credit Cards via our online secure ordering system. Credit Card orders can also be placed using our toll-free number (1-800-869-9305).

Orders paid by personal check will be held for 2 weeks for check processing. Please be sure to include sufficient funds to pay for your order and for shipping to prevent delays.
Mail Orders paid by money orders or bank drafts will be processed the same as credit card orders. Please be sure to include sufficient funds to pay for both your order and shipping charges and include your name and shipping address as well as a method to contact you if we have a problem.
Do I Pay Sales Tax?
No, unless your package is being shipped to Wyoming or Kentucky. We have offices in both states and are required to collect sales tax when shipping to addresses within these states.
